Based on a long tradition in the development of binding systems for flowers and herbs, a completely new range of binding systems for pot plants has been developed. On the following pages we will give you a short overview of "what is possible". For detailed information on the possibilities for your special needs, please contact us.
First, we'll give you a video overview of all systems:
Vertical binders:
Our "standard" binding systems have been developed for a wide range of plants which can be binded relatively easily to a supporting stick. These vertical placed systems are compact, easy to use and have a high capacity (> 2.000 pots/hour possible).
"Pyramid" Binders
The Pyramid binder is a modified vertical binder, with which you can bind 3 or 4 spit bamboo sticks into one pyramid form. With the system it is possible to bind up to 1.500 plants per hour.
"Fruit & Climbing Plant" Binders
For fruit and climbing plants which need to be "guided" before binding (in order to also bind overhanging branches) a special "Fruit & Climbing Plant" binding system has been developed. The system can work with a broad range of plants, as long as the branches are not too tough!
"Kerria" Binders
This is another modification, where plants with tough branches like Kerria are taken through a "lift"system before binding. This way the strong branches are forced into shape. The system can run roughly 1.000 pots/hour.
Binding Tables
The binding tables have been developed for climbing plants like Jasmin, which are grown on racks. With the binding table it is possible to do some final preparation to the plants before binding. Up to 6 (or more...) bindings can be made in one cycle, and up to 2.000 plants can be processed per hour.
