I-Pallet
SINGLE-COLUMN ROBOT designed to palletize or move containers and pots. It can be completely programmed by means of the CNC axle control system. It can work off size. Designed for self-learning and free saving of recipes. Equipped to grasp cases with handle, cell-like containers and pots.

Palletizer Function
i-pallet (2)_sDeveloped to palletize garden-breeding containers onto pallets, trolleys or others in two different positions, it allows to change pallet without stopping the production. Due to its compact structure, it is ideal even for small rooms (boxrooms, greenhouses, etc.).

It is designed to be placed at the end or at the beginning of the production line such as sowing lines, potting machines, etc. The containers are picked up alone or in piles, conveyed to a set point of storage and, in the end, placed. The grasping and placing positions can be programmed in self-learning mode allowing a great freedom in the compositions and direction of the piles. The software can save various compositions both for identical containers and for containers of different shape and size.

The grasping equipment has a central rotation fulcrum with respect to the object to be picked up, thus, allowing grasping and placing of containers all over its operating space. This feature allows the machine to pick up objects from many lines, also parallel to each other, and to place them in any positions. The gripper rotation, which is central with respect to the picked up pile, reduces the centrifugal speed to a minimum, preventing the material from falling.

I-pallet gripper
Changing the type of gripper offer the advantage to use the I-pallet in different applications, for different products to palletize, at different moments, in different positions, or using different objects such as pallets, trolleys or others. Among the numerous possibilities there are:
  • Grasping element for cases with handle.
  • Grasping element for cell-like containers with or without foot.
  • Grasping element for pots.
  • Grasping element for Minoru cases for storage on staggered levels.
