I Pile Buffer Systems

I-pile is an automatic feeder of containers piles for destackers.

It is a valid solution for those plants that work with a large amount of containers to be processed; in fact, it considerably reduces the need for the operator to control the plant or the machine as well as the feeding of the piles.

The operator loads the empty container piles onto the belt which serves as a deposit. As the destacker finishes the containers, the piles move forward to feed it.

An electronic control supported by a dedicated software allows the connection of i-pile to almost any destacker currently on the market.

The belt-deposit size can be customised according to customers’ needs.
