EazyDig NEW in Europe!
Since December 1, 2011, the EazyDig power shovel is on the European market! The EazyDig is imported to Europe by Pack TTI and Mankar and offers a solution to labor-intensive work in landscaping (gardener and contractors) and the nursery industry.
The EazyDig power shovel is ideal for harvesting of plants, trees and shrubs, for the packing of shivering sand and for digging trenches and making holes for plants. With the EazyDig, these actions require only one person to perform. The hydraulic system reduces the effort of the operator considerably. This allows for substantial labor and cost savings and significantly improved labor conditions.
The EazyDig is powered by a 40 cc two-stroke engine (Tanaka). The body is 81 cm long and weighs 19.5 kg. As tools we offer 45 cm, 60 cm and 75 cm long shovel blades, vibrating plates of 25x25 and 30x30 cm and a planting hole maker with a diameter of 15 cm. The compactness of the mechanism and the low weight ensures a high mobility, so the operator can get anywhere on the field.
The introduction price of EazyDig is € 1.950, - (excl. VAT) included 45 cm shovel.

RAP 206
The new RAP 206 full hydraulic form trimmer is perfectly suited for trimming shrubs as well as stems. Even small trees can be trimmed to perfection, as long as the branches are not too thick. Two cutting circles are available: 15 - 35 cm and 30 - 50 cm. Also a straight blade for piramid trimming can be supplied.
Label Binders

With our specially adapted systems, you can bind your label to the plant and/or stick. Large, colourful labels can be added to your plant on "looking height" automatically, giving you an extra over labels which are fixed to the pot. With our system, up to 1.500 labels/hour can be binded. The system is developed to specification. It will also be possible to use "KwikLok" labels with this system. Mobile Buffer Systems

Together with a Dutch grower a mobile buffer system has been developed. With this system it is simple to transport & handle large numbers of pot in an efficient way. Ideal for moving, spacing, processing (trimming etc.) or transport to/from the greenhouse. See video for a first impression.
Spacing forks

With our new, lightweight spacing forks you can space your pots easily and quickly. Dependent on the system you can space in a single or in a double row. The “Kuijvenhoven” forks are renowned for their:
- Very stiff construction, guaranteeing absolutely straight rows
- Very long lifetime, system will not bend like convential models
- Ergonomical usage, electrical system as an option
All forks can be supplied for round and square pot and are easily adjustable. If you require a concrete offer we need to know:
- Potsize & number of pots per fork
- Max spacing distance (normally roughly 150 cm)

This mobile trimming system is equipped with the well known EazyCut 500 trimmer, which ensures you a perfect trimming result. The integrated blowing system ensures that all trimmings can be collected (sideways) in a box. An extra blower can be supplied for extra power. The system has a manual height adjustment and variable speed control for both the knife and the transport belt.
