I Pot Insertion systemThe I-Pot inserter has been developed for placing bio-degradable paper pots into cell-like containers, regardless of their height, diameter, type of container and number of pots that have to be inserted in the containers.


In designing this machine, Techmek aimed at obtaining a reliable and flexible product without giving up modularity. The inserters produced by Techmeck can be used with all machines for the production of paper-pots currently on the market. Thanks to patented technological solutions, the inserter adapts itself to pots of different heights and diameters. In order to use pots of different diameters, the operator has just to change the inserter head, which is an easy and quick operation that doesn't require any mechanical tools.

With one head, up to 6.000 (!) paper pots can be processed per hour. Multiple heads can be supplied, ensuring you the production capacity you need.
