Automated Work Benches
The I-Ban automated workbenches are designed to make the manually performed work on plants (like grafting and transplanting) as easy as possible. Each workbench is equipped and linked to the others by means of a conveyor belt system which creates a product flow from and towards the users. Each workbench is served by three conveyors, each situated one above the other, in order to create an incoming product flow (to be processed) towards the workstation and an outgoing product flow (already processed) from it.
For both grafting and transplanting, the system can be equipped with intelligent counting systems. With these systems, you can exactly monitor the production numbers per worker, and you can exactly monitor the production per sort. The system can also be equipped with humidified buffer systems, ensuring optimal propagation conditions!
