Stationary Table Trimming Systems

With all our stationary table trimming systems you start saving on costs from the first day off! As you can trim up to 100 (!) tables per hour, your trimming labour will be reduced up to 90!. The system is not only perfect for trimming of plants, but is also more and more used for the harvesting of herbs & vegetables like cress and salicornea (or samphire)

We divide our stationary systems in different groups:

EazyCut Table Trimmers
This type uses our "standard" EazyCut system. With this type, tables up to 160 cm wide can be cut in one processing round. The EazyCut gives the most perfect trimming result available in the market. The self sharpening fine cutting knife ensures a perfect cutting result (year after year). The powerfull integrated ventilator blows all cuttings in a bag or box, or sideways from the table (directly or supported by transport belt).

Venti Table Trimmers
This type uses a powerful ventilator to create a sucktion system like a vacuum cleaner. The Venti system is used when you want to suck up overhanging branches, and want to make sure also these branches are being trimmed. Compared to the EazyCut the ventilator needed is substantially larger. In order to decrease the noise level, in many cases this system is supplied with a special silenced ventilator.
