Venti Options

Knife systems
The Venti machines can be equipped with three different knife systems:

• Freund hedge trimmer:This hedge trimmer is robust and can cut thin as well as thick branches without any problem. The hedge trimmer is two sided, making it also possible to use in a field cutting system where the knife has to work both ways. The Freund knife system has a fixed speed.
• EazyCut trimming system:The self sharpening, high quality cutting knife ensures you a perfect cut year after year without the need to exchange or sharpen the blades. With this trimming system you can trim 40 or 50 cm wide. The system is supplied with variable speed control, and cannot be supplied with a quick exchange system.

Silent Ventilators
The integrated, powerful ventilator makes a substantial noise. It is therefore important that the person working on the machine wears ear protection. This noise can be strongly reduced by using a special, silenced, ventilator system, which is placed beside the machine. This option is advised if the machine is placed near the working space of other people, or if the Venti is used very intensely.

Height Adjustment
In the standard version the EazyCut machines are supplied with a mechanical height adjustment. On request, also an electrical height adjustment can be supplied. This is useful if you have to change your cutting height frequently.

Supporting Side Ventilators
To give extra upward lift, up to 4 (!) side ventilators can be mounted. These side ventilators give you an extra “uplift” so that long and strong overhanging branches are more easily lifted up before cutting. The ventilators can be supplied in combination with a special “open” transport belt.
