Full Automated Form Trimmers

We offer a broad range of fully automated trimming machines, from compact single station to multiple unit trimmers which can process up to 4.000 pots/hour. Three different types of trimming knifes are offered:

• The fine trimming block type, where single blocks of fine cutting knifes are mounted on a separate ring 
• The fine trimming RAP type, where all knifes are connected to each other
• A hedge trimmer for piramid shapes.

We divided our collection of full automated form trimmers in the following groups:

Stanadard BUX trimmer:
Low cost automated form trimmer, developed for cutting smaller series of shrubs over an (buffer)belt system. Capacity up to 900 pots/hour.

Single station RAP carousel trimmer:

New high capacity form trimmer. Ideal for smaller and medium sized plants. The RAP caroussel is pruning up to 2.500 pots/hour with  2 persons !

Single station CAR trimmer:

Caroussel type form trimmer with in- and outfeed on the same side. For medium sized shrubs. Up to 1.500 pots/hour.

Single station RAP XRL trimmers:

Form trimmer with integrated (buffer)belt system. The system is suitable for shubs and shrubs on stem, in medium to larger sized pots.  Capacity up to 800 pots/hour.

Multiple station RAP 1000 trimmers:

High speed form trimming systems  developed for the trimming of shrubs in smaller sized pots. Can be supplied with full integrated logistics. Capacity up to 4.000 pots/hour (!) with 3 stations.

Low cost form trimming systems with up to 5 stations, developed for the cutting of large volumes of shrubs (on stem) in medium to larger sized pots. Capacity up to 2.500 pots/hour.
