EazyCut 500 Electric
The EazyCut 500 Electric is the perfect system for the cutting of plants & pots which are transported over belts. Main characteristics of this systems are the:
- superior cutting quality (self sharpening knife with very long life time)
- collection of the cuttings (possible to re-use cuttings for propagation)
- low noise level
- low investment & short pay back time
Normally the EazyCut 500 Electric is supplied as a complete system, with out-feed of the cuttings to the side, variable knife speed and an extra ventilator for optimal transportation of the cuttings. The cutting height can be varied by means of an (electrical driven) spindle. An integrated transport belt can be supplied on request.
The EazyCut 500-E can also be supplied as "self build kit". This kit comprises the EazyCut 500 cutting knife with integrated ventilator and flexible shaft with E-motor (220/380V) attached. With this kit, a tailor made frame can be made.
